How do I solve 'ADO Could Not Find The Specified Provider'?
Chances are, you are using an out-of-date version of Microsoft's Data Access Components. Get a new version from MDAC Download Page.
See KB #191271 and Article #2340 for more info.
(Reinstalling the most current MDAC components will automatically re-register the problem DLL, MSDASQL.dll.)
